Exit Options

There are two types of exit as follows:

  • Wholesale Exit
    • Divestment to a strategic investor
    • Divestment to an institutional investor
    • Divestment through the stock market (IPO)
    • Merger with another property company
    • Divestment through property securitisation (alternative to traditional financing)
  • Retail Exit
    • Individual sale to third parties
    • Portfolio divestment to third parties
    • Sale of real estate bundles
    • Buy back transactions

In addition to the property there are several other factors that are decisive for the exit channel chosen by the landholder.
